Er sálfræðimeðferð á netinu árangursríkt meðferðarúrræði?

Niðurstöður rannsókna hafa sýnt að:

  1. HAM á netinu er árangursrík við að minnka einkenni þunglyndis og kvíða.
  2. HAM á netinu getur verið jafn árangursrík og hefðbundin HAM á stofu hjá sálfræðingi. 
  3. Meðferðarsamband milli skjólstæðings og sálfræðings getur myndast í gegnum netið.
