[Currently only in Icelandic] Mín líðan offers 10 section online therapy program for those experiencing low self-esteem. The program includes psychoeducation, assignments, exercises, questionnaires and a workbook. You learn CBT techniques and how to apply them to your daily life. All communication takes place through written text. You can message your psychologist at any time during the subscription period. Our goal is to help you improve your well-being!

2. Homework
- Interactive exercises
- Feedback on all assignments within 1-3 working days
